Overpriced Charges Everywhere - looking to buy some crypto? Be ready to cough up a hefty fee. Thinking about selling? Yep, you’ll be paying even more. Want to take your money out? You guessed it! Whether it’s an investment platform or not, your fees are just too high! I get that fees are part of the game, and I’m not against them, but come on, take a look at what you’re charging people to use your service. I could easily go with Luno and let my money grow there, and guess what? Their fees are less than half of what you’re asking. It’s your call, Revix. If you can bring those fees down, I’d definitely consider coming back. Until then, take care!

Just steer clear. The charges can exceed fifty percent of your withdrawal. It's a really surprising business.

Everything's been going well up to now. After three months of putting my money in, I really appreciate how straightforward it is to track my investments and keep an eye on the crypto scene. By choosing to invest in bundles, I reckon I've managed to lessen the ups and downs a bit. It would be awesome to have a super high-risk bundle or package featuring the top 10 most thrilling 'start-up' or 'penny' cryptos that could potentially skyrocket in no time.

You really can’t join in on inviting folks to the app, which is super frustrating. The app is pretty terrible (and the support isn’t much help either; they didn’t fix one of my issues, and I’ve been waiting on a withdrawal for a whole month).

Avoid this platform at all costs. The charges are outrageous and make it tough to trade effectively. It takes ages for deposits to process, and honestly, I couldn't be more dissatisfied. What a lousy service. Better to stick with Luno.

I really don’t believe they’re real. Seems like it’s just one hipster dude in a basement, creating a bunch of fake accounts. If you look up the numerous directors on other profiles, none of them even mention working at this shady place. I mean, who would want to admit they’re with Revix while trying to land a legit job? You can’t even get a chat or a call with them. I was just curious if there’s anyone actually in the office or if they all offed themselves after crypto tanked, which was kinda expected, but not a word from them. So yeah, good luck trying to find anyone here. Total scam products, scam people, scam everything. lol

Steer clear of this if you're based in the UK.

To start, they only permit withdrawals in ZAR or BTC.

ZAR requires a South African address, and platforms like Revolut don’t provide that.

Withdrawing in BTC comes with a hefty fee of 0.0005 BTC, which translates to at least 10 GBP, meaning you’ll end up with less than what you initially deposited because of their other steep transaction fees.

So, unless they bring back GBP withdrawals, just don’t bother.

Dealing with this has been a total disaster, caught in a never-ending loop of backoffice folks trying to figure out a verification issue, even though I've been a customer for ages. Everything runs smoothly until it doesn't, and naturally, Revix has taken away their contact numbers—just to ensure you can't fix a problem that doesn't show up on a drone's screen.

This is an awesome platform with plenty of choices for investing in cryptocurrency and a nice welcome bonus. Thumbs up!

The website is super simple to navigate and the customer support is top-notch. However, it can be a bit slow at times and pricey for those just starting out. That said, they do make it easier and more affordable for newbies with their rewards program.
